Yes! Lucen does not permanently store your conversations. Your uploaded chat data is processed temporarily to generate your report. You can delete it anytime, and we automatically remove inactive conversations after 3 months. We never share your conversations with third parties for marketing purposes.

How accurate is the AI analysis?

Our AI provides insights based on communication patterns and linguistic analysis. While it's quite accurate for detecting general patterns, remember that human relationships are complex. Use our insights as helpful guidance, not absolute truth.

What is a Lucen Report?

A Lucen Report is a detailed AI-generated breakdown of your text conversation. It includes an Interest Score, response time analysis, hot & cold trends over time, personality insights, and compatibility metrics — giving you a clear picture of the dynamic between you and the other person.

How long does it take to generate a report?

Most reports are ready within a few seconds after uploading your conversation. Larger chat histories may take a bit longer, but you'll typically have your full report in under a minute.

What platforms can I import messages from?

You can import conversations from iMessage, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram and any other platform via direct data export. You can also upload screenshots or screen recordings from any messaging platform if a direct export isn't available.

Do I need to add all the messages to get started?

No! You can upload as many or as few messages as you'd like. That said, the more context you provide, the more accurate and insightful your report will be. Even a partial conversation can give you useful results. You can also add more messages later and get an updated analysis and insights.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account and all associated data from the app settings. Once deleted, your conversations and reports are permanently removed from our servers. You can also email support@lucen.app if you need help.

Can Lucen analyze group chats?

Yes. We focus on one-on-one patterns by default, but you can upload group chats to identify who drives conversation, who chimes in with support, and when attention drifts.

Does media need to stay attached?

If you export without media, Lucen still analyzes text context. Including media gives richer emotional cues, but it’s optional.

What languages do you support?

Major languages are supported, and mixed-language conversations are auto-detected. Include any slang clarifications in your upload notes if needed.
