Yes! Lucen does not permanently store your conversations. Your uploaded chat data is processed temporarily to generate your report. You can delete it anytime, and we automatically remove inactive conversations after 3 months. We never share your conversations with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long does it take to generate a report?

Most reports are ready within a few seconds after uploading your conversation. Larger chat histories may take a bit longer, but you'll typically have your full report in under a minute.

What platforms can I import messages from?

Accepted Answer

You can import conversations from iMessage, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram and any other platform via direct data export. You can also upload screenshots or screen recordings from any messaging platform if a direct export isn't available.

Do I need to add all the messages to get started?

No! You can upload as many or as few messages as you'd like. That said, the more context you provide, the more accurate and insightful your report will be. Even a partial conversation can give you useful results. You can also add more messages later and get an updated analysis and insights.

How do I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

You can delete your account and all associated data from the app settings. Once deleted, your conversations and reports are permanently removed from our servers. You can also email support@lucen.app if you need help.
